35 hour post £29,259 – £34,000 – Salary placement will be dependent on experience

North Lanarkshire Carers Together pledges to improve the lives of carers within North Lanarkshire by actively linking carers and professionals in meaningful working relationships to influence policy development and service provision, which affect carers and the people they care for.

We are the Carer Information Service for unpaid carers in North Lanarkshire, working in partnership with Health and Social Care North Lanarkshire and other community and voluntary organisations, to ensure that unpaid carers are informed of their rights and are aware of the range of services that can support them in their caring role.

If you have proven experience of project/service development and staff management, have an understanding of the issues facing unpaid carers and enjoy a challenge we are interested in hearing from you.

The post is for a fixed term to 31st March 2023, however there may be the opportunity to continue the post subject to further funding. The post will be subject to an Enhanced PVG Disclosure. Additional benefits include 25 days Annual Leave and 12 Public Holidays and Contributory Pension – 8% Employers Contribution/min. 2% Employee Contribution.
