Extraordinary General Meeting 2025
NLCT are hosting an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of North Lanarkshire Carers Together, which will take place at Forgewood Community Centre on Wednesday 12th November at 10.30am.
The purpose of the meeting is to consider and vote on two special resolutions relating to:
- The conversion of the organisation from a company limited by guarantee to a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (SCIO); and
- The adoption of a new draft constitution for the proposed SCIO.
