Trustee

As a Trustee you will:

• Provide strategic leadership and governance in line with our mission and values.
• Ensure good governance, legal and financial compliance.
• Help shape the long-term direction of Carers Together.
• Act as an ambassador for carers and our work across the community.

We welcome trustees from all backgrounds, especially those with experience of caring, or expertise in areas such as governance, finance, fundraising, digital strategy, communications, or community partnership.

• Support carers to have a stronger voice in decision-making at the highest level.

This is an unpaid voluntary role; expenses can be reimbursed in line with policy. Meetings are scheduled the first Monday of each month at 10am, except for January and in June where we host an annual conference instead. There are opportunities to engage with carers, staff and partners.
